Galería de Arte Servando
Located in El Vedado neighbourhood, Galería de Arte Servando focuses on contemporary Cuban art, presenting in its quarterly exhibitions mainly conceptual and experimental works of emerging and mid-career artists from all over Cuba in a variety of media including painting, drawing, sculpture, photography, installation and video art.
Inaugurated in 2003, the gallery is named after Servando Cabrera Moreno, a Havana-born artist that become one of Cuba’s most recognized artists from the 20th Century.
The gallery participates regularly in international fairs including ZONA MACO (Mexico), ARTBO (Colombia), Art Lima (Peru), Houston Fine Art Fair (US), ArtToronto (Canada), Swab Barcelona (Spain), among others. It also serves as a host for events and exhibitions during the Havana Biennial.
